How to Create and Develop your Character as a Coach

November 9, 2022

Character development is an ongoing process that you can't just stop. It's an important part of the creative process and will help you develop your characters into more than a collection of traits, behaviors, and other characteristics. This article will cover some basic steps that can help you get started with developing your character.

You are who you are

You can't change your past or the way things have been done in the past. You can't expect things to change because of it—that's not how life works! We should learn to accept who we are before trying anything else. We should never try and force ourselves into something that doesn't fit with our values or beliefs; otherwise, we risk hurting ourselves more than helping others around us!

Match personality to the audience

The audience is the key to any great character. If you want your character to succeed, you must match their personality and interests with the audience. Examples of characters who do this well include Spiderman, Superman, and Batman; these three have similar personalities but are each different in some way.

Example: A villain's backstory can show how he became evil and what caused them to become evil (this could be internal or external). This will help readers understand why they should fear this person and what makes them so frighteningly powerful.

Get Smarter about Who am I

To get smarter about who you are, start by identifying your strengths and weaknesses. Think about the things that make up your interests, hobbies, talents, and skills. What kind of person do you want to be? Think about the person who would most likely succeed in their career or profession.

Consider how much time they spend on sports or exercise activities and whether they are passionate about learning new things (like languages). Finally, consider personality traits or values like being adventurous or introspective; these are often linked with certain occupations such as doctors or lawyers!

Good example: Elon Musk (Personality driven)

Elon Musk is an excellent example of an entrepreneur who uses his personality to drive his business. He can be described as bold and adventurous.

He has been known for making bold statements about cars and technology on Twitter that sometimes get him into trouble with regulators or even other CEOs (he once called himself "the world's greatest investor").

But what separates Elon Musk from other CEOs is that he doesn't just talk about change; he implements changes at Tesla Motors Ltd., SpaceX Inc., Neuralink Corp., OpenAI Inc., Telsa Energy Corp., and SolarCity Corporation.

Conclusion

If you have a strong personality, use it to drive your business forward. Don't be afraid to show your personality, make mistakes and take risks. Be bold and take chances with your ideas; be confident in your abilities; be passionate about what you do!
